hela Sverige The Process Engineer is member of the Automation Chapter, an organization unit within the SAFe/DevSecOps based organization of Ikano Bank Digital. The Chapter is responsible for guidelines, best practice and guiding activities for setting up environments, tool chains and strategies applied on the Ikano architectural landscape.

As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, controlling and optimizing the DevSecOps SDLC work process. You will be part of the continuous changes and therefore you play a crucial role in keeping the documentation, training and communication material updated in accordance with operating changes applied. You will also be responsible for inspiring the organization to improve and follow the process.
The Process Engineer provides process engineering support to all DevSecOps and related teams as well as various other business units and departments. Responsible for a variety of activities that include supporting the DevSecOps teams in identification of improvement initiatives, process support to production teams, support with technical regulatory and compliance potential issues, and development/presentation of technical training.
The Process Engineer will govern and monitor the process management, that it is utilized in best way and ensure to distribute the information and knowledge within the organization. You will also use your communication skills to clearly convey problems, their importance, and to suggest potential resolutions.
The position requires an ability to interpret on a broad basis, principles, theories, and concepts of the DevSecOps SDLC processes, while understanding and learning the principles of other engineering disciplines and their relevance to the production environment.
These tasks can include:
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and charts
• Participates in the preparation of process reports, follow up KPIs, regulatory reports, instructions, manuals and guidelines.
• Uses a proactive and hands-on attitude and develops the capability of quickly understanding the workings of production processes and applying that understanding to solve problems as they present themselves, effectively communicating these with peers and superiors
• Has cross-functional knowledge and skills, consistently making contributions to his/her functional area.
• Possesses excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and computer skills.
• Conduct risk analysis and create/maintain necessary documentation

The Process engineer is part of the Automation Chapter falling under the umbrella of the central Ikano Development organization consisting of a total of 56 co-workers, and therefore you may be working on one or more simultaneous changes across the location within the bank.
You will be expected to take an active role in driving the process related activities around the business deliveries throughout the development life-cycle E2E.

Professional skills & Qualifications
• Familiar DevOps and CI/CD concepts, practices, and procedures
• Open-minded, should be able to adapt to working in a multi-cultural team atmosphere
• BS/BA or equivalent experience, in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.e substituted
• Familiar with the SAFe framework
• Familiar with leading Enterprise Agile Planning tools and ITSM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
• Familiar with ITIL v4 is a plus
• Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) is a plus
Experience
• 4+ years' prior process management related experience, preferably in a large enterprise organization
• 2+ years' experience in working with DevOps or DevSecOps organizations
Key competencies
• Strong process orientation and documentation skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills to be able to handle multiple activities/initiatives
• Strong knowledge of software development and requirement management
• Flexible to contribute to several deliverables in parallel and to adapt to eco-system constraints
