We are now looking at strengthen our divisional process development team within construction division and need to find good candidates.

Your mission and responsibilities
When developing our products we follow a well-established process development process. The process is shared with the two other divisions within Husqvarna group, but sometimes need to be adjusted to division specific needs and conditions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Process development of the Product Creation Process processes within Construction division
Fully cross category and cross functional fucus (including Pre-dev, technology, pre-study, NPD and PI) for all equipment categories within Construction
Cross divisional cooperation and process harmonization.
Aim for constant improvements by challenging of present processes.
Active role in process related PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in Process development and project management support. We believe you have a strong ability to drive and implement changes to improve and developing the function further.
• You have analytical skills, and the capability to absorb complex information,
• You like a structured way-of-working, and have good cooperation and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
