Are you passionate about building efficient, high-performing production environments? Do you thrive in a role where you can drive continuous improvements, lead technical teams, and make a real impact on how products are made? If so, this might be the role for you.
What you'll do at Thule
As Process and Maintenance Manager, you will lead and develop our Machine & Facility Maintenance function, ensuring high reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our production environment.
You will drive structured maintenance processes, including method development, spare parts strategy, and TPM initiatives, with a clear focus on minimizing downtime and improving productivity. By working closely with production and engineering, you will support both daily operations and the introduction of new equipment and technologies.
A key part of your role is to drive smart and simple automation, as well as LEAN initiatives that improve efficiency, material flow, and overall performance. You will also contribute to and lead improvement projects, while building external networks to benchmark and introduce new production concepts.
As part of the Site Management team, you will play an important role in developing the Hillerstorp site towards becoming a world-class factory. You will ensure a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards, including responsibility for CE approvals and permits for hot work.
What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an experienced leader with a strong engineering background and solid experience from manufacturing environments. You likely hold a university degree in Engineering and have extensive experience in fast-paced, project-driven organizations.
You bring proven experience in managing maintenance for complex machinery and leading technical teams, along with the ability to run multiple projects in parallel. Experience within LEAN, supplier collaboration, and technology development is important, and a background from the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage.
As a person, you are proactive, structured, and results-driven, with a hands-on mindset. You are comfortable working under pressure, challenging existing ways of working, and driving continuous improvement. You are a strong communicator in both Swedish and English and enjoy building engaged, high-performing teams.
Why you should join Thule
At Thule, we believe in strong teamwork both within your own team and across functions. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing knowledge and inspiring one another. You will be part of a company where people are passionate about our products and the active lifestyle they support.
We share common values, and we like to have fun. All employees contribute to maintaining this spirit and making Thule a great place to work.
