hela Sverige Are you looking for a key position within the GDPR and privacy area, where you get to support the organization to have a sustainable and compliant approach towards privacy related matters and strive to continuously improve our processes?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Collaborate closely with experts within Information Security Management, risk management and vendor management to ensure that we have a compliant and sustainable landscape for internal and external IT systems and contracts.
• Work closely with GPA and C&I contract and change owners to support and educate in various privacy matters
• Continuously develop and improve our ways of working with compliance to the GDPR regulations
• Follow up and report on privacy status and risks
• Proactively contribute to various development activities to secure compliant handling of personal data
What is needed in this role:
• Strong expertise in Privacy and GDPR matters
• Experience from working with Privacy and GDPR matters in a large and complex organization.
• A structured and meticulous approach to tasks at hand
• A mindset that "the devil is in the detail", that you want to ask that extra question to get full clarity and understanding and dare to question and speak your mind when needed
• A supporting mindset and a will to help and guide others
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or corresponding work experience
