The purpose of the role is to understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to the customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Your role
As a Principal Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in contributing to the business development and improvement of processes.
You will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic
• Hands on combined experience in PEGA PRPC and PEGA 7.x plus
• Minimum certification level is PEGA Senior Systems Architect
• Experience on Pega as a Team Lead.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies Preferred
• Experience in Lead role to Design PEGA PRPC application with diversified experience in multiple projects
• Solid developer experience in developing applications using Pega with exposure to all PEGA Components
• PEGA LSA certification is an added advantage
• Experience on PEGA CDH is added advantage
• Additional Certifications in PEGA like UI Specialist, PEGA Decisioning and PEGA Customer Service Architect etc.
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) implementation on Pega Platforms
• Experience of working in Spotify, Scrum flavours of Agile
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
• Ability to work in Global Delivery model and effectively lead a development team and deliver challenging projects
