Our pre-sales engineers work closely with our sales account managers targeting new customer opportunities as well as supporting our existing customers from around the globe.
Responsibilities
• Support the sales team to ensure that we understand the customers requirements and technical environment
• Support the sales team during prospect meetings and (web) demonstrations.
• Support the sale team to ensure that we understand the customers requirements and technical environment
• Manage and execute customer evaluation (proof of concept) and deployment projects
• Provide technical support to end customers/prospects and channel partners
• Provide channel partner training for their technical certification
• Develop written and oral presentations in a professional manner
• Establish a strong working relationships with our customers? technical experts
• Be an active participant in driving Cryptzones internal processes to be more effective
• Be an added value employee proactively offering ideas of a technical nature to make the customer the best and brightest in the world.
Functional skills and personal characteristics
• A problem solver willing to tackle difficult tasks. Able to analyze situations and efficiently resolve issues.
• Excellent understanding of computer networks, protocols and services.
• Capable of understanding how technology solves business requirements and capable of sharing that understanding.
• A minimum of 1- 2 years of successful systems engineer pre-sales support experience.
• Excellent communication, administrative, organizational and language skills in English and Swedish.
• The ability to be a cross-functional team player and be able to work independently
• Desire to learn constantly and you take responsibility to find the knowledge you need
• A professional approach that takes pride in responsibility and an ability to quickly adapt to any situation
You will be located at Cryptzones head quarters in Göteborg, Sweden and work with customers on a worldwide basis. Applicants should therefore be available for traveling and skills in other languages than English and Swedish would be beneficial.
