LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 150 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.
Position description
We need to boost up our team in the Powertrain Controls particularly focusing on electric cars and hybrids. We are looking for a Team Leader in Control with extensive experience in the development of electric cars and hybrids in the automotive industry. The main task is to lead a team of engineers that drive the development of Powertrain Controls. The role also means that you are responsible for requirements definition and validation of driveline control. You will have close collaboration with the purchasing department other engineering interfaces and suppliers. The work is mainly located in Trollhättan.
Skills & Requirements
• M.Sc Degree.
• Min 10Y work experiance with broad expertise in both hardware and software development.
• Communicative English and Swedish both verbal and written.
• Min 5Y experience in project management.
• Documented experiance from leading others.
• Be familiar with the development in the automotive industry.
• Experience in the procurement process is an advantage.
• Merit having worked with subcontractors in the automotive industry.
• Being able to travel on a frequent basis.
