Your position

As a power engineer you will work tightly together with the Design Lead for the complete product as well as the Design Lead for the power- and control system. - Managing risks and mitigations of the power- and distribution system.
- Responsible for power- and distribution verification.

Your profile

You are a suitable candidate if you have a Master or Bachelor Engineering degree within Power Engineering and at least five years' experience. Your main area of expertise is within the field of specification and design of electrical power systems (low voltage), control and safety systems. You have good knowledge of the methods and processes used in both the design- and implementation phase as well as the those used in the verification phase. You have good knowledge and experience of calculations and simulations of electrical systems. Experience of Power factory, EPLAN or equal systems are considered a merit.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can clearly and effectively communicate with internal engineering teams as well with our sales team and other stakeholders. You love problem-solving and your analytic skills are strong. You can present technical information in simple terms, but also back it up with relevant calculations and simulations. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Helping your colleagues and sharing information is a given for you. As part of the assignment may include travel and work in remote areas, you must be able to act independently, exercise sound judgment and be fluent in English. French and/or Arabic are considered as a merit.
