Group Function Go to Market is looking for a new colleague in the role as Group Portfolio Manager.
The Go to Market function is responsible to support the implementation of Ragn-Sells One Company vision by establishing a foundation of common structure and content of our offering portfolio including services, products, material, and related Go to Market/pricing models.
The role includes working together with colleagues all around the Ragn-Sells group as well as external partners. You will be reporting to Head of Group Function Go to Market. Remote work will be possible in agreement with manager.

Responsibilities and duties
The aim is to support our Strategic and Tactical Sales target enabling customers to fully understand in the business value in our delivery and by that also securing our profitability.
The work is varied but with a clear emphasis of developing the Ragn-Sells group common portfolio offerings and sales processes. To be successful in the role it's highly important that you can build strong relationships and trust within different roles in the company and with external partners. Many of the tasks are handled within a project-based structure, often in which you are the project leader. In some cases, it's your responsibility to instruct and assist the organisation and local entities with the application of the new products and processes.
Some of the responsibilities are:
• the development of common services/solutions/products and related life-cycle analysis
• the related network of the specific service area e.g., Clean Industry, Sustainable workshop, reThink in the local communities
• launch/relaunch and communication of new products or frameworks together with Communication
• resource and budget planning of activities within the role
Your Profile
You most likely have and educational background with a post-high school/University degree in Marketing and/or Sales. You also have excellent development skills and experience from working as a project leader in a context of sales or corresponding fields.
To thrive in the role, you should be agile in problem solving, have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with good results both externally and internally. You also can handle discussions and conflicts of interest in a successful and productive way.
You like to contribute to knowledge sharing and participate in the introduction of new ways of working and have a natural drive and curiosity that leads to continuous development of our portfolio and your own expertise. Of course, you have a great interest in environmental issues.
