SAS IT & Digital is responsible for all IT within Scandinavian Airlines, has 140 employees and is located at SAS Head Office at Frösundavik in Solna,just outside Stockholm. The organization is divided in 4 main departments and in the role you report to Head of Digital Transformation Office (DTO).
SAS is a digital leader within travel and has a long history of developing innovative solutions that revolutionize the airline industry. An important part to maintain this position is our Digital Transformation Office.
The DTO mission is to drive the overall IT & Digital development portfolio and support SAS to deliver business value in digital development with IT as a business enabler and technology innovator. Our goal is to secure quality in deliveries and to maintain high precision in planning, forecasting, follow-up and delivery.
To achieve this DTO has a competence center setup to maintain and share knowledge, principles and way-of -working within Project management / Development & Quality Assurance / Enterprise Architecture & Portfolio Governance.
To raise our game even further, we are looking for a Portfolio Coordinator to enhance our team and help us to deliver even more successful projects and aligning traditional project methods with agile development frameworks.
As DTO Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating the portfolio of projects and development within SAS Digital Portfolio, i.e to follow up on projects, analyze trends and results within the portfolio, administrate the governance of the portfolio, maintain the Portfolio Management tool (Project Online, Azure DevOPS, Teams, PowerBI), consolidate material from projects, keep track of actions, create management reports and administrate and summarize meetings and workshops. The role will also be responsible to lead smaller projects when needed.
The role is involved in projects in different business units as well as within IT that give a great opportunity to learn about SAS different areas and challenges.
Some of the main areas of responsibility are to;
Maintain, align and develop the overview of the project portfolio within our project portfolio tool (Office365)
Analyze trends and results within the portfolio and produce the management reports
Administrate the governance of the portfolio and prepare & participate in governance forums
Gather and structure material from projects and meetings, keeping track of decisions and actions
Maintain and develop the SAS Project methodology and it 's supporting documentation and tools
Support other internal or external project managers in SAS project methodology and it 's most common tools, like what to prepare for the next decision point, how to use specific test tools and ways of working
Participate and prepare for Project Leader/Project Owner training sessions
Coordinate DTO information within SAS on team sites and Intranet.

Experience and Background
University degree or equivalent education
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience from project management
Experience in Office 365 tools like Teams, Project Online, Azure DevOps and Planner
Experience from IT related projects and thus understanding the added complexity
Experience from SAFe and Lean way of working is a plus
Speak and write English and a Scandinavian langue fluently

About our Office
Frösundavik is a great place to work. There is a gym, restaurant, café and a variety of services to make your life easier. It's located in a green area of Solna and close to Hagaparken and Brunnsviken. There's a non-stop bus connection from the Central Station to Frösunda and commuter trains to/from Solna Station. Of course, cycling is another option and many of us enjoy the scenic route to the office every day.
