For our client, Winners Group ApS, we are seeking two Polish-speaking customer service agents to an exciting assignment in Copenhagen. You will be involved in starting up a new business where you work exclusively against the Polish market. Winners Group ApS is in a strong growth phase where you will have the opportunity to influence your role. You will work in an inspiring and modern environment right in the center of Copenhagen together with driven and committed employees.

Tjänstebeskrivning

We offer you an exciting and varied role where you will work with service issues, conversions of customer contracts and products, and with sales to existing customers. You will respond to service requests and manage the sales cycle through the company's newly launched online service as well as over the phone. This means that you are helping customers with inbound and outbound sales and service requests via chat, email and telephone, where you work exclusively on private consumers in the Polish market.

This is a full time position with immediate start and the working time will be divided between 10:00 and 22:00, Monday to Saturday. If desired, it is possible to work part time.

Kvalifikationer
We expect you to masters the Polish language fluent in speaking and writing. It is also desirable that you have knowledge of another language, either English or Swedish. It is preferable that you have previous experience in sales or customer service work. You love customer contacts, are comfortable with the phone as a tool and passionate about finding solutions to customers.
You are communicative and can easily adapt to the customers' needs. You are competitive, committed and dare to take on new challenges. You are inspired to work towards set goals and want to constantly surpass yourself. As a person you are positive and are happy to contribute to the good atmosphere in the workplace.
