hela Sverige Do you have experience withing administration? Are you communicative, collaborating and goal oriented as a person? Then this position is the right one for you! We are looking for our next Planner Subcontrctor to the team in Malmö, Sweden.
Region NCE > Service Operations Support > Sub Supplier Management Backoffice
You will become a part of Vestas North and Central Europe, which is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and Southern Africa. We are responsible for sales functions, projects, installation, and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work. You will be joining a team handling our Sub-supplier Management. We act as a regional partner, with the objective of making all needed activities in administration, ordering, onboarding, governance, and supporting sub-suppliers in their core business, thereby supporting the regional organization.
Responsibilities
When taking the responsibility as a Service operations dispatcher, you can expect the following:
Regional responsible for PR/PO creation, GR, invoicing, and the governance thereof
Administration of phones, PCs, keys, etc. for sub-suppliers
Creation and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles
Create and maintain certification overview
Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers
Ordering of sub-suppliers according to forecast and service need
Qualifications
We believe that for you to be able to deliver and excel in your work, you should be able to identify yourself in the following:
Good IT skills in MS Office
Good experience with SalesForce and SAP
Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics
You possess extensive English skills both oral and written
Competencies
You have attention to details as well as ability to see the bigger picture
You are a good communicator both orally and in writing
You are able to handle a large contact area and work well individually as well in a team
You have a good understanding of the process and a comprehensive data discipline.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 15 days per year.
