Program Planner - Volvo Battery Mariestad

We want to find a true teamplayer with knowledge, experience, and engagement. You will play a crucial role in shaping the prerequisites and living the behaviors to put the most sustainable cell manufacturing plant in place.

Examples of tasks along the way...
Develop, manage, and maintain the schedules in the planning tool (MS Project) for the program scope.
Enter or create new activities or dependencies when no previous planning exists.
Set up and drive the required planning structure within the program team with all project teams.
Conduct the scheduling meetings to determine the requirements and dependencies within the Program.
Monitor and track project progress and identify the risks accordingly.
Report the progress or the new schedule to the program team.
Drive and support the incremental planning approach.

Your competence...
A relevant university degree (B.Sc. / B.Eng. or similar) or apprenticeship in relevant discipline.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Good MS Office suite skills.
A "can-do" attitude with a methodological and structured way of working and an ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainties by seeing the overall target and next coming steps to reach it.
Ability to work with and proactively influence and support others, as well as work independently.
Able to build strong trusting relationships.
High communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Technical or project controls skillset is a plus.
Drive projects and activities of improvements and innovation even outside your formal area of responsibility.
