The applicant should be highly proficient in English, and fluency in spoken and written Swedish is essential, as the position involves interaction with healthcare professionals, patients, and research participants, and requires interpreting medical documents in Swedish.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in both wet lab work and bioinformatics analysis of Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing data related to X-linked diseases.
• Skilled in proteomic methods using MALDI-TOF and HPLC-MS, including data analysis.
• Experience with 5mc/5hmc dot blot assays for analysis of human DNA methylation levels.
• Expertise in Bash, Python, and R programming.

• In-depth knowledge of DNA methylation and X-chromosome biology.

Merits:

• Experience working in a highly international and multicultural team.

You are a team player with a balanced, positive attitude and a curious mindset. In a fast-paced research environment, a structured and organized approach is highly valued. You will work in a team of researchers from diverse backgrounds, including PhD students and postdocs, and should have strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

You do not need to supply a letter of intent with your application.
