We are now looking for an additional Pharma Process Engineer to join our team.
In this role you will work cross-functional within Graniten with our sales team, and system engineering team, including close collaboration with the Technology Manager (CTO). As internal customer voice, you are the reference in estimating the customer reaction on decisions made within the company. Your feedback and experience in pharmaceutical processes will help shape the development of our product portfolio. In addition, you will regularly join customer visits, especially when more challenging project requests appear.
You will reinforce our existing pharma process engineer in your mutual role.
In your day-to-day work you:
- Drive sales activities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Be available for questions throughout the company, as pharma process subject matter expert.
- Review the validation proposals Graniten is making for customers.
- Map the existing market requirements from a product perspective.
- Map the existing market machine solutions and help strengthen our position as Graniten.
- Review User Requirements and translate them internally.
- Assist in customer FAT's if needed.
- Assist in marketing activities, since you know what is important for the customer.

Personal qualifications:
- Master's degree, preferably within Mechanical, Automation or Mechatronic engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, working within the packaging or assembly field of a pharmaceutical company.
- Proven capability of working with technical requirements, pharmaceutical verification, and validation.
- Have an analytical mindset, you are used to sort out complex problems and situations.
- Have experience in Lean Manufacturing (preferably Green or Black Belt trained).
- Well-developed social skills
- Fluent in English
