Job description:
» First Line Technical Support is the first point of contact for our customers.
» You handle on a daily basis all technical customer requests, and this both by phone and via e-mail. You are their guide in better using our services. For complex technical questions, you are supported by a number of experts.
» Additionally you are in charge of a number of administrative tasks which require a daily follow-up: handling of incoming post, payments and more.
» Finally, you will also be involved in a number of more projects for the company but also for our clients/customers.

Your profile
» You are looking for challenging environment
» You have the will to learn more about new technologies
» As a born problem solver you are able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
» You have a very strong customer orientation and an excellent service attitude.
» Communication via phone and email is one of your greatest strengths.
» You have a good knowledge of the Internet and MS Office.
» Your Farsi and English is excellent both in speaking and in writing.
» You are passionate about the Internet and related services.
» It is an advantage if you can HTML, PHP, programming and Photoshop
