What will you do?
Not all of our employees works at sea, believe it or not! We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide proactive and strategic support within Digistal Transformation Team.
Your main mission is to support product development with an agile mindset maximizing business value now and for the future. Contribute in the product vision. Develop, implement and roll-out new capabilities as well as secure continuity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Support Product Leads and Product Owners in the product roadmaps for Payroll, Expense Management, Time and Reporting,
• Absence Management and Internal Communication.
• Support on configuration, implementation, release, troubleshooting, data quality checks, functionality, integration, testing and training.
• Work with backlog items to provide value for our People according to our People and People IT strategy and to constant release minimum viable products.
• Participate in sprint meetings such as stand-ups, planning meetings and retrospective and use agile planning tools.
• Actively look for efficiency improvements that can be realized with the system implementation.
• Act as first point of contact for customers on technical queries using internal ticketing system.
• Communicate diligently with customers to maximise first time resolutions
• Create online guides and recorded training and training material
• Maintain SharePoint Sites for all initiatives ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
• Deliver live training to end users of the system
• Collaborate with the system supplier, drive demands and development needs, ongoing developemtns and ongoing bugs
QUALIFICATIONS & MERITS (Education & Experience)
Essential:
• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience gained within a digital orientated role
• Experience in maintenance of IT-systems
• Basic understanding of HR and Payroll Processes
• Ability to translate complex information into IT needs and solutions
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to be flexible in daily tasks and prioritise
• Solution focused to complex problems
• Strong analytical skills
Desirable:
• Digital Change Management experience
• Knowledge of technical system set up and configurations
• Stena Line People processes knowledge
• Data migration and integration experience
• Experience from Agile work methods
