We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the People Advisor and HRIS Coordinator (Human Resources Information System) to ensure an efficient People Operations function. You will report to the Director of People Operations and support People Partners and managers with administrative tasks.
Your tasks will include (but are not limited to) managing and coordinating agreements, amendments and certificates as well as administering pension, insurance and report statistics to authorities. You will also update our intranet and other channels with new guidelines and policies and more.
In order to be successful in this role, we think you have worked with similar administrative responsibilities in a previous role but would like to make a change and join a happy and vibrant team of ambitious and skilled HR-professionals. You are structured, efficient and understand that details are important. It's important that you have an inner drive and thrive in a fast paced organization where we support each other to ensure we reach our objectives. At Epidemic, English is our corporate language but for this position we require that you know Swedish to be able to understand information and requests from Swedish Authorities.
