hela Sverige Are you passionate about PEGA Development and architecture? As a senior Software Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring development in Swedbanks Sales and Service.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be a part of a journey to build a Omnichannel experience for our advisors and customers
• Be part of implementation Sales Automation and Service Automation
• Working in a group of ambitious individuals with different roles, all eager to have fun at work
• Working with the architecture landscape, development, and maintenance
• Be a part of Swedbank's Value Stream CRM & Collaboration (Digital Banking & IT) which is responsible for implementing PEGA Sales and service and marketing automation
What is needed in this role:
• Self-driven and solution-oriented
• Team player with good cooperation skills
• Senior Experienced agile way of working in PEGA for CRM, Sales and Service and NBA (Next Best Action)
• Ability to translate business requirements into PEGA development tasks
• Minimum 3 years of experience about PEGA architecture
• You have a relevant university degree within computer science or similar and/or proven multiyear work experience with PEGA CRM
• Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both written and oral, is crucial
