Job Description:
As a Pega developer, you will take significant responsibility for your performance and delivery.
You will be part of an agile development team responsible for the entire process, from idea development to follow-up of digital solutions.
The role involves both new development and operations.
You will work in a dynamic environment, participating in both formal and informal networks to find solutions and share knowledge.
You will collaborate well with the team and stakeholders and continuously work on developing your own skills and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with an agile team to develop and follow up on digital solutions.
Work on both new development and the operation of existing systems.
Communicate effectively, collaborate, and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Share knowledge with the team and take advantage of others' expertise to enhance your own skills.
Convey information and knowledge in an educational and clear way, adopting a coaching approach to more junior colleagues.
Help colleagues in cross-functional roles such as requirements analysis and testing when needed.
Requirements:
Senior System Architect (SSA), Level 4: PCSSA (Senior System Architect) certification in Pega.
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
Senior System Architect (SSA), Level 4: PCSSA certification and PCDS (Senior System Architect) in Pega.
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
Senior Tester/Test Leader, Level 3: Certification in ISTQB.
Experience in testing within a Swedish authority.
At least 3 years of work experience within a Pega team.
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
