We are looking for a PDU Packet Core Internal Communications lead, capable of independently operating in an environment of new and fast-moving technologies and trend shifts.

What you will do
In this role, you will drive and execute internal communications strategy in an R&D organization of + 3 500 employees operating across different time zones.
With a holistic view of our operation and business, you will plan and create informative and engaging communication to our employees. Through collaboration with senior leaders, you will advise and support by drafting communications such as talking points, presentation material, newsletters, and more.
In this role, you will work both strategically and hands-on. Some days will be focused on strategy and change communications, other days will include content creation and preparing presentation material, updating websites, or hosting events. You can expect an exciting variation and high pace, which also comes with flexibility and autonomy in planning your work.
This is a role with high visibility to the organization and you will get the opportunity to work with amazing and talented people across various functions and departments.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal communication strategy
Lead and oversee all internal communication activities, ensuring they are all high quality and aligned with the broader strategy
Own the agenda for organization-wide meetings and broadcasts
Independently identify high-impact opportunities and understand the need for change, initiate and execute actions
Act as the prime interface in the organization for internal communications
Give sound advice, coach, and respond to various communications inquiries from leaders and employees.
You will bring
Education: BSC in Communications or equivalent experience
Proven experience working with internal communications
Experience developing creative and effective approaches to complex communications challenges
Ability to influence and work with stakeholders on all levels and from different backgrounds
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and being involved in multiple projects at the same time
Genuine curiosity in people and understanding of the environment in which they operate
Familiarity with a wide variety of communication channels, techniques, and emerging technologies
Comfortable speaking in front of big audiences, both live and virtually
Excellent English, both written and verbally
Experience from the IT/tech sector is preferred but not a must
