Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Payroll team. The payroll headcount will be relatively low initially but the role will require significant Payroll Accounting support to reconcile Payroll Balance Sheet accounts across multiple countries
Responsibilities:
To process the day-to-day running of payrolls for several EMEA countries utilising our payroll partners CloudPay
To ensure all data is received and processed to timetable and that legislative compliance is maintained. This includes T&C changes, Commissions, Bonuses, Time & Attendance data
Work closely with internal partners in HR, Finance & Audit as well as the Payroll Provider to ensure local compliance practices are met
On occasion you may be asked to support other team members on their payrolls
To support the EMEA Payroll Manager in reconciling BS accounts across multiple countries in EMEA, liaising with our Finance colleagues as appropriate
Although you will own countries for processing, this is very much a Payroll team role where experiences and solutions are shared to support one another
Requirements:
Experience of processing multiple EMEA countries is essential, including Nordic and/or Southern Europe (Italy/Spain).
A solid understanding of financial reconciliation and payroll accounting as this role will provide intrinsic support to the EMEA Payroll Manager in ensuring all EMEA countries have Balance Sheets for Payroll fully reconciled on a monthly basis
Knowledge of CloudPay would be advantageous but is not essential
Excellent Verbal & Written communications
A high level of Excel experience is required, such as Pivot tables & V-Look-ups.
