hela Sverige Are you an administrative ninja who enjoys creating effective structures for your work? Right now we are looking for not one, but two, Partner Care Agents to our vertical team! You might have noticed that foodora doesn't only deliver food from restaurants, but also from your local shop such as from flowers, books, groceries and much more. We need to make sure these shops get the best service and that everything is administered correctly on our platform. This is why your role is so important. You and your team will collect product information from the shops, build category trees and make sure all administrative work is in place. Due to the assignments in this role you need to enjoy digging into administration but also having contact with our important customers. So, bring your can-do attitude and come join the fun!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Work towards stores (our partners) and collect product information from them
• Build menus/category trees for the stores
• Make sure menus/category trees and photos are up to date
• Update/change menus and photos for existing customers
• Work in Google Sheets on a daily basis
YOU ARE
• Meticulous - You are always meticulous in your work, it is important for you that things are done correctly and with care
• Self-Reliant - You grab new tasks before someone asks you to and you like to work independently and drive your own work forward. Even if you work in a team this is important as you are responsible for different customers
• Initiator - You take initiatives in your work and come with new proposals of ways of working
• Patient - You are patient and calm in the daily work, but also keep your head cool in more stressful situations
• Team oriented - We work together, in success and in adversity. We hope you want to be a part of the team!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably you have previous experience in working with administration or service, where the customer is in focus
• You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, additional language skills in Arabic, Turkish or similar is meritorious
• It's easy for you to learn new systems and you have a big interest in learning
• Experience from Excel, Google Sheets and Salesforce is meritorious
Start date: September
