Packaging Development Manager
Our business area Packaging Paper is looking for a Packaging Development Manager who will work with packaging development in our Packaging Innovation Center which serves our customers, brand-owners, retailers and end-users with new packaging solutions on a global level.
Job description
As packaging Development Manager you will identify and translate the end-user needs into value based packaging solutions for the end-use areas; Sack-, Bags-, and Consumer Packaging Solutions that covers both industrial filling gods, dry food applications and other consumer packaging goods. You will work with global projects including different stakeholders from the value chain together with our Packaging Innovation Center in Karlsborg.
The Packaging Development Manager will be based in Karlsborg and report to the Application Development Director. You will manage the processes for user insight studies, packaging development projects and networking with packaging machine suppliers and in close collaboration with the business area of Packaging Paper.

You have
• Technical University Education preferably from Technical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development or experience in similar tasks
• Language, Fluent in Swedish and English, preferably more language skills
You are
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Have good ability to co-operate and think new
• Strong personal drive
