The Position
The PA is responsible for providing the Business Unit Director (BUD) with adequate market information in order to make correct decisions. The PA will also provide and support in order to let the BUD focus on business solutions. The PA will report to the BUD. This position is a challenging and demanding task for the right person.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
BUD - assistant (45%)
Report the Nordic sales results
Analyze trends and relations
Competitor guard regarding statistics, trends and relation
Personal assistance - booking of meetings, congresses, and occasionally even travels. Send out materials.
Secretary Service
Internal and External communication
BUD mail
Support the team (10%)
Keep notes in meetings and congresses
Supply information regarding sales results and trends
Support Nordic Marketing and Sales team
Reports (10%)
Monthly reports (Collect to statistics): Sales and Marketing report, Inventory tracker
Orders/ forecast (15%)
Orders for the distributors
Follow up the inventories
Communication with distributors regarding the orders
Forecast for the departments
Tenders (10%)
Hospital rebates
Communication with the customers
Communicate customer set up/ changes
Office support (10%)
Education and experience
Preferably a University degree
Experience from similar work is considered a merit
Good English language skills, both in writing and spoken
Proven administrative skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Essential skills and abilities
Structured and organized
Understanding of the Nordic business culture
Driving license (not mandatory)
