Join our Orders department, which manages everything from customer projects to standard orders including shipping and invoicing administration. As Order Manager you will get an important role to administrate, plan, communicate (both externally and internally) and follow up on deliveries as well as financials.
You will be working closely to our sales, engineering, purchasing, production and financial departments. With us you will get a varying job that requires a compassionate, empathetic and supportive individual, able to use their strong interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues in a collaborative and nurturing environment.
The role is located in Västerås and you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and be a part of the Operations management team.
Your responsibilities
You will lead and develop a team of seven highly skilled employees responsible for orders, shipping, and invoicing.
You will ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as first port of call to customers' questions and orders.
Build long-term and sustainable customer relationships, and prioritizes the work according to the defined criteria, in order to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Provide appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of such requests.
Be involved in both technical and commercial discussions, both with external customers and internal stakeholders.
You have budget responsibility for the department and to ensure relevant KPIs are developed, monitored and appropriate actions are taken.
Drive continuous improvement activities to increase customer satisfaction, effectiveness of processes, policies and routines.
Your background
You are passionate about creating team spirit, employee commitment and results.
We believe that you can manage several things in parallel as well as having a great sense for organizing and prioritizing. A great leadership for us should be characterized with people development, openness to change, and the willingness to build a successful team.
You have a high level of self-motivation and curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies. You preferably holding a university degree in engineering, administration or equivalent.
You need to be comfortable with leading both small and complex tasks to completion as well as taking initiatives and solve problems.
You also need to enjoy collaborating with your colleagues, manage MS Excel, SAP and be proficient in both Swedish and English.
Above all, we are looking for you with the right personality and attitude that dare to show the way forward.
