DENSO Sales Sweden AB is Swedish sales subsidiary office of one of the largest automotive supplier in the world, DENSO CORPORATION. We are looking for a full time substitute for one of our Order Controllers who will be on parental leave from January 2011. You will be working at the Sales department in our Swedish Sales office, in Gothenburg.
Position: Order controller/Sales Administration (Substitute for parental leave)
Duration: ~1,5 year
Job description
Main task are:
1. Monthly purchase order planning for our factories abroad
2. Progress control for incoming goods, dispatches and stock levels
3. Frequent contact and negotiations with our factories/customers about due dates, fluctuations, capacity etc.
4. Sales support, administration and monthly reporting
5. Assist to implement and develop improved internal processes
Work within Technical Sales department. Handling orders, stock control, monthly reporting and sales support. Frequent contacts with other DENSO offices within Europe, and headquarter in Japan.
Qualifications
1. High school degree or higher education in economy or logistics
2. Good knowledge of PC operation (Windows/Office package)
3. Experience in Excel
4. Fluent in Swedish and English (both writing and speaking)
5. Be able to perform well under pressure
6. Interested in International environment
7. Social and open minded
