We are looking for an experienced Operator Sales Manager, who has expertise in operator telecom business.  If you are a person with passion and ability to grow with a world leading Telecom Company, we are looking forward to have you on board. This job is based at our Sweden marketing head office in Kista Stockholm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Seek out, identify and develop business opportunities with key service provider accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information. Enhance customer relationships.
• As a consultant role for project decision making, via technical presentation and communication, collecting, analyzing carrier’s requirement and provide relative solution and product.
• To attend project bidding or contract negotiation, assist project operation and management, improve project success probability and contract quality, and accomplish the annual sale revenue and market target.
• To define and implement the exploring plan for the target market, find the opportunity to sell the product and solution, and accomplish the annual sale revenue and market breakthrough target.                                                                                   
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a University degree minimum of 3 years experience in telecommunications ,especially in consumer electronics products like mobile phone.
• Practical experience with fixed or wireless terminals, project tender and time to market experience
• Experience with Sweden operators' requirements in mobile phone.
• Related working experience in Sweden is prior and preferred. 
• Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to satisfy their demands
• Ability to understand the mobile phone market well in Sweden;
• Related working experience for marketing with mobile phone vendor is prior and preferred.
