The position is based in our ambitious, growing and dynamic Fiedler & Lundgren factory in Malmo, Sweden, which is the lead factory in Europe for production of Snus and Nicotine Pouches (without tobacco).
As Operations Skills Development Manager???????, you will be responsible for developing Operations Function training platforms and solutions, raising the profile of Operations Training and Development to encourage progressive learning process and resulted based culture.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop an overall strategy for the continuous development of functional skills, knowledge and
behaviour in Operations function in order to ensure individuals have the right capabilities to
deliver effective Operational results
Support the development of IWS skills in all operations functions
Colaborate with the HR Department to optimize training contributions and alignment
Responsible for evaluating traning providers and materials
Resposible for technical training budget
Effectively manage traning providers in order to obtain maximum value and within the budget
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within manufacturing enviorment
• Degree in Engineering
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to think strategically and also develop clear simple operational plans and see
these through implementation
