King in Malta is looking to hire an Operations Manager ? Skill Business to join our expanding Kingdom.
Key Tasks:
• Tracking and maintaining the new game release schedule to ensure the business is prepared for game launches
• Liaising with internal marketing teams regarding game promotion activities
• Overseeing deposit bonuses
• Tracking and managing overall performance of the royalgames.com website
• Liaising with legal
• Overseeing intercompany and third party agreements in relation to the Skills business
• Analysing the operational and financial performance of the business
• Management of the existing IP owned by the Royalgames business
• Directing and instructing any outsourced functions that could include:
• Website maintenance and development
• IT support/consulting services
• Customer support services
• Data analysis
• Hosting
• Cash and customer payment systems
Skills to create thrills:
• Solid understanding of the games industry
• Excellent understanding of data and the ability to interpret it
• Ability to work towards short deadlines
• Strong relationship and influencing skills
• A passion for games
• Available for relocation to Malta
