Our Exciting Opportunity
Here's the deal! This is an opportunity to be part of the next step in developing our products. We enable millions of simultaneous connections from mobile users while handling traffic from IoT to 4K video in Gbit speeds. All this through virtual deployment.

We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods and principles like Lean and Scrum. Early customer and partner feedback are key elements in our development process which is based on Continuous Integration SW practices. We rely on team collective responsibility to finish the tasks according to a prioritized backlog. Our teams are multi-functional, self-organizing and highly independent.
In the heart of Mobile Internet, we have the Policy and Charging Area. The area is mainly focused on On-line/Off-line charging and Policy services functionality. In the Lindholmen site, the area consists of several cross-functional development teams and Product Owners. Within the area there are also operations in China.
We are now hiring Technical Product Manager / Project Portfolio Manager to lead the technical implementation of business requirements.
This role is a bridge between Product Development and Product Management!
You will
Manage requirement and backlog
Manage continuous improvements and run project portfolio
Develop domain specific competence
Assign work packages within the areas Policy & Charging to 2-3 teams
Work together with the teams during their execution, performing F-passages and WP breakdown
Work agile, using Scrum methodology for planning and following up on sprint contents and progress
Participate in the long term planning of WPs on APO level, pulling suitable WPs within area Policy & Charging for your teams
To be successful in the role you must have
Passion and love to continue developing your knowledge through experience, as well as reading and experimentation
Focus and ambition to understand customer needs and be comfortable in related discussions
Understanding of the whole product and its environment
Appreciation of Lean and Agile environments
MSc or equivalent education
Min years of experience: 5
Domain experience in Packet Core
Project management skills
Scrum/Agile way of working
Knowledge sharing & collaboration skills
