Valueone is looking for an Operational Procurement Specialist for a consultant assignment for a retail company in the south of Sweden. The assignment lasts for six months and is to start shortly.

The role

In this assignment you will work across all products and services with three main responsibilities:

Management of Purchase Request, Order Management and Operational procurement/sourcing.
Information and data management on Supplier information, contracts and purchasing catalogs.
Act as point of entry/help-desk for business inquires/support.

Experience and competencies

To be relevant for the assignment you need to have 4-7 years of experience from a similar operational procurement role and user experience from IVALUA or similar procurement platforms. The assignment also requires master data knowledge and experience from indirect procurement. We expect you to be fluent in English, written and oral. The person we are looking for should also be proficient in helpdesk support, order management and purchase request.
