We are looking for a Nordic HR Manager/Partner for a challenging and independent position on behalf of PerkinElmer.

You will become part of PerkinElmer, a global company within Environmental and Health science, with sites and HR teams in large parts of the world. In the role as HR Partner you will deliver HR support to the Nordic countries, approximately 100 colleagues of highly educated, skilled and experienced employees.

You will be located the Swedish office near Stockholm (Upplands Väsby) and provide HR support to the Sales and Service departments in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland of which the majority of employees are field based.

As Nordic HR Partner your workday will be filled with both strategic as well as operational HR assignments. Your overall objective is to drive and execute the HR strategy and initiatives, and thereby support the managers and teams in the Nordics. You will get a chance to go into cross-organizational projects on a European/global scale such as leadership development.

The job contains a chance for you to provide inspiration for future HR-processes on operational as well as strategic tasks. Since we are always looking to improve and fit the organization to the needs of tomorrow, you will also be involved in supporting the change management activities in this respect. The tasks will involve partnering with internal and external customers, recruiting and HR administration, main tasks will be:

• Provide guidance and support within all HR related matters
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, tools and strategies
• Manage the recruitment processes
• Cooperate with external agencies, suppliers and consultants
• Provide expert advice to the management team
• Maintain HR database (SAP HCM)

You posses a global mindset, you are positive, flexible and adaptable. Experience from working in an organization with international activities as an HR partner or as a Consultant is an advantage. Most likely, you hold a Master degree in social science/economics/communication, although other disciplines could be relevant as well. You should hold excellent communication skills and Swedish on negotiation level and English fluently both spoken and written.

You have the ability to understand business needs and requirements, and you possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. You should be able to work independently and under pressure. Lastly, you are able to adapt and know how to carefully disseminate the ideas and purposes of introducing a smooth change process.
