We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager for assignment. Start 20th of August until 30th of September. In this assignment we accept applications from subcontractors.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
The role is to replace 4 regional Service Delivery Manager (SDM) at our customer's headoffice in Stockholm. This is focal point for the customer regarding on site support issues in several countries. This person will be supported by an enhanced Service desk but until this is fully operational the Operation Manager will be the customers first contact.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
Skills needed: Technical knowledge of various hardware environment combined with different OS knowledge (windows, Unix, Linux). Experienced regarding on-site field services close to customer. Must be able to handle several issues simultaneous with good responsiveness to the customer.
