Role Summary/Purpose:
The core foundation of the Europe Pole Wind Field Services team is based upon it’s new regional structure. The Region Service Directors will have responsibility for overall strategic, financial and commercial operations. These Directors will collectively oversee over $120M in revenue, 200 Wind Sites, 4000 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and lead a diverse team of 400 employees.The incumbent can decide between Salzbergen (Germany), Bracknell (UK), Trondheim (Norwegen) and Karlstad (Sweden)
Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive off-shore services strategy, including:Technology: Work with off-shore product platform, providing input to NPI programs, instrumental to achieve high degree of serviceability in our off-shore platformOperations: Structure off-shore operations, from pilot program stage to full commercial operational deploymentCommercial: Work with commercial teams to structure off-shore commercial offerings
• Effectively manage region operations budget (Sales, Contribution Margin, Parts, O&M, Conversions, Modifications & Uprates [CM&Us], billable services)
• Conduct financial forecasting and lead business needs to deliver service excellence in increased productivity, cost control, resource optimization and EHS leadership for the region
• Own commercial leadership and region market growth strategy; Partner with the Wind Services Sales and Services Headquarters Teams to achieve sales growth targets
• Oversee customer relationships and aggressively drive region Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement
• Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements at region level and ensure employees meet standards established
• As a senior contemporary leader, provide leadership, coaching, and development for region managers to attract, retain, and build a talent pipeline; proactively promote the development, recognition, and retention of all region employees; build and maintain positive employee relations environment
