EQT is now looking for...
• an Office Manager that truly enjoys being in a supportive role, committed to providing service and administration. As an Office Manager you will be the main responsible for the smooth running of the Stockholm office and the reception. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The position as an Office Manager is broad and varied and your main responsibilities will include:
• Leadership responsibility for reception consisting of four people
• Control of office budgets and negotiation of contracts for the office (including security alarm, cleaning contract, fruit orders, coffee machines, keys, travel agency etc)
• Manage all requirements for IT equipment and telephones in the office
• Seating plans for the office including furniture and interior requirements
• Introduce new Employees to the office and plan for his/her arrival
• Organize office maintenance and repair (photocopiers, printers etc)
• Other ad hoc tasks

Your Profile
You have several years of experience from a position as an Office Manager, CEO assistant or similar. If you have experience from the financial services industry it is a benefit. You are probably working in a leadership role today and are interested in developing your leadership skills further. We believe you are used to work in an international environment and that you have strong communication capabilities and are fluent in English in speaking and writing. You are a good user of Microsoft office.

In order to succeed in the role, you are a solution-oriented person with a "can-do-attitude". You are comfortable with yourself and your profession and are therefore capable of taking own decisions and initiatives. Further, you have a passion for leadership and have a professional and proactive approach and a sound commercial judgment.
