To fit our flat organization you need to be comfortable being self organized, good at prioritizing tasks and have an eye for details.
Responsabilities
• Contribute to an inviting and pleasant office environment where we can all thrive and feel at home
• Be the internal ?handyperson? who organize and fix things needed for the office
• Be the point of contact for office supply, property maintenance and security
• Manage all orders for the office, contact suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Plan and organize internal and external events (E.g. kick-offs, after works, recruitment & marketing events, board meetings, interviews etc.) making sure that we all have good times together
• Be a MAG ambassador and welcome our new employees and help with relocation planning for international candidates
• Manage the intranet, travel bookings and all company related administration (vacation schemes, internal event & meeting schedules and health care initiatives)
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Energetic, proactive and able to work independently
• Great attention to detail and follow through
• A few years experience from similar positions and/or service related roles
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required
