What you'll do
As Offer & Price Packaging Manager you are making sure that Care by Volvo are monitoring and assessing trends, strategies and tools to improve the Revenue function. This entails responsibilities such as investigation, evaluation and optimization of pricing and packaging strategies - for new and existing offerings. You will also maintain and develop processes making sure that Care by Volvo are successful in their pricing execution. You are the owner of all product and pricing documentation and the long-term vision for the global revenue team, which you develop, communicate and execute. This means that you will:
* Coordinate project delivery across offer development teams and key stakeholders such as product, finance and risk departments
* Based on available data and analysis, design revenue maximizing activities
* Work closely with Consumer Insights experts at Care by Volvo, as well as Volvo Cars Group, to conduct customer research to test strategy hypotheses on packaging and pricing
* You will work cross-functional with product leadership to identify products and features to be packaged and priced.

You are a member of the Revenue Management team and reports to Head of Revenue. The job is located in Stockholm or HQ in Gothenburg.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* University degree within in Business Administration, finance or other relevant area
* At least 3-6 years of relevant experience from structuring, building and analyzing subscription based services
* Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Analytics
* Experiences from management consulting, corporate strategies and/or pricing & product management is a plus
* Knowledge from car lease payment structures is a plus
* Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
