Responsibilities
As a Nuclear Safety Engineer your responsibilities will include SNP monitoring of Nuclear Regulation, cooperation in the industry about interpretation of new regulation or proposed changes and monitor the international development and possible impact on the Swedish operation.
You will be responsible for the evaluation of nuclear safety concepts in plant modifications and systematic monitoring of the safety performance of our assets and initiate activities. You will also be monitoring and evaluate safety performance from an Man-Machine-Organization perspective (systemic safety).
Other tasks include: Supply input to the Performance Management process, supply requested reporting to SNP Nuclear Oversight and participation in various expert groups.
You will report to the Manager of Operations. This role is based in Malmoe
Qualifications
You have a Master of Science or equivalent
Very good knowledge in Nuclear Regulation
Experience of nuclear plant operations
Experience as a nuclear safety engineer from nuclear plants
Knowledge of nuclear systemic safety concepts
High level of commercial awareness
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
Personal skills
