About the position
Perido is looking for a Norwegian speaking Consumer Relations Agent for a position at one of our clients, a major company and a well-known name in the automotive industry. This position is placed in Torslanda, Gothenburg with a scope of 100%. Working remotely will be possible evenings and weekends.
Your daily tasks
The responsibility in this role is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience that meets the needs of current and future consumers. This is done by communicating with consumers based on their needs via chat, phone, email and social media to understand their request / question and find a viable solution with a high level of service. When working directly with customers, you are the face of the company, and you are an important link between the company, customers and suppliers on a global level.
Furthermore, the work will involve lead generation, delegation and follow-up of leads to ensure that they are used effectively. It's important to prioritize and escalate customers' feedback and feature requests to relevant internal teams. Your role also includes continuously and actively identifying, proposing and driving activities with stakeholders within and outside the Customer Care organization to further improve the quality and efficiency of the processes.

You feel comfortable in contact with customers and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. To succeed in this assignment, you ought to have a very good ability to cooperate and be a flexible team player who thrives in working with others. Previous experience of customer service
Know how to work CRM systems (Salesforce etc.)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, in English and Norwegian
Meritorious
Driver's license
Contract type and hours
Full time, consulting assignment through Perido until 2023-03-31. Start 2022-09-01.
