We are currently recruiting for Svenska Brasseriers (Swedish Brasserie's) newest addition on Djurgården, Stockholm. The restaurant will be run by Chef Tommy Myllymäki, providing the very best in culinary and tailored hospitality. The restaurant is currently under construction. Opening date is February 2020. Staff onboarding will start in December 2019/ January 2020.

Positions

• Maitre d.

The maitre d is responsible for all front-of-the-house (FOH) functions on an opening, mid- or closing shift, including guest relations, supervision of all FOH staff and staffing levels, proper restaurant ambience and set up, housekeeping, food & beverage quality, safety and pace. The maitre d ensures that the shift is run in a smooth manner. The position is responsible for staffing, scheduling and provides coaching and direction to the team. Candidates should have 4 years or restaurant experience. A sommelier education and Michelin experience is a bonus.

• Captain.

Greet and seat guests and serve them in a professional and personalized way. Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard operating procedure (SOP) of the restaurant. Must possess a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus. Candidates should have 3-4 years or restaurant experience. A sommelier education and Michelin experience is a bonus.

• Back server.

Assist the Captain in the dining room with food delivery. Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course. Refill water and bread, polish glassware and silverware. Must posses a thorough knowledge of the food menu. Candidates should have 2 years or restaurant experience. Michelin experience is a bonus.

• Line cook

Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Preparing food for service, cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Candidates should have 3-4 years or restaurant experience. Michelin experience is a bonus.

• Dishwasher

Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.

• Cleaner

Stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
