Job Description
Initiate, lead and drive projects within the area of new growth and development to achieve set goals, drive growth and profitability for our brand, and by doing so, reach our vision.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Initiate, lead and drive growth projects (physical- and digital expansion and business development) from idea to finalized assignment, including taking full ownership of business performance.
Continuously monitor and analyze business performance and kpi's for all projects and take appropriate actions.
Achieve impact on business through analysis and insights work identifying business trends and opportunities.
Manage external partners and negotiate to achieve set goals.
Collaborate cross functionally, coordinate, and follow up on projects and all its parts.
Continuously research to keep yourself updated within your area of expertise and responsibility.
Qualifications
Few years of experience in a similar role.
University Degree in Business, Management or similar.
Work experience as a project manager or business lead.
Experience working cross-functionally between several different departments.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
A proven and genuine interest in digital and physical businesses.
You bring a new/unique perspective to our team.

Additional Information
This is a permanent full-time position based at Weekday's Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
