DEK Technologies is a technical consultant company with a flat organization aiming to develop proactive and creative solutions. Our teams are self-managed, and we strive to stay this way by using Agile working methods. At DEK Technologies you will find collaborative and empowered engineers with the ability to self-organize and create innovative backend solutions.
We are looking forward to taking on newly graduated developers. Are you ready to work more operative on C++, Python, Maching Learning and or DevOps, join our DEK-family. As a junior engineer at DEK Technologies, you will be working inhouse as a part of one of our Radio teams. You will have senior colleagues to learn from.
Qualifications for the position:
• BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar
• Fluent in English, spoken and written (Swedish is a plus but not mandatory)
To be successful as a trainee at DEK we believe it is important that you are an open-minded person with a strong inner drive. You are a team player with great communication skills who enjoys working together with your colleagues. At the same time, you have a strong technical interest and are passionate about developing products and services that bring value to our customers. You enjoy driving progress and are willing to take the necessary decisions in order to get results. Since we are a flat organization working according to Agile methods, we expect you to be self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.
