We are now looking for a New Graduate GD&T Simulation Engineer!
The organization (TG dept.) is responsible for Geometry assurance from Creative design phase to approved car for delivery to customer.
This include target setting, virtually simulations, guidance during development both during ADP and VDP. One of our delivery's to our projects is Dimensional technical specification (DTS). In the physical phase we are responsible for measuring preparation, OLP, measuring data, measuring both off line and measurement in production.
The position as New Graduate GD&T simulation engineer will work closely within an experienced team to be able to get guidance and assistance towards becoming more independent and self-sustaining on the job. In return we think you will bring in new thoughts and inspiration to our team.
The role involves;
• Maintain and develop simulation strategy,
• Working on tolerance simulations,
• Compare/verify design proposals with simulation results,
• Support the design engineering-, styling- and supplier quality department with GD&T knowledge,
• Maintain and develop simulation environment.
You will have influence in shaping the work process and of course work cross functional!
We are looking for someone who has;
• University engineering education or equivalent experience to MS.c degree.
• Experience within relevant work area, 0-2 years,
• Knowledge of the Automotive Industry,
• Knowledge of tools: CAD (NX), Team center, RDnt, 3DCS or other 3D simulation tools
• Fluent in English both spoken and written,
• Driver license B.

• Be easy to work with, and driven towards becoming an expert within your field,
• Have good communication skills.
