H&M New Business currently consist of seven separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday, H&M Home and ARKET.
We are now looking for an experienced Multi-Brand Buyer for one of the most exciting and ground-breaking projects ever made within the group, Project 12. Are you up for the challenge?
In this role, your responsibilities will among others be:
• Build an assortment within your responsible category with a strong commercial focus to create the strongest customer offer.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and deliveries to ensure a consistent flow of stock to optimize sales and margins.
• Analyze sales figures to review risks and maximize opportunities.
• Maintaining first-rate relationships with partners on a daily basis and follow your products right through to customer purchase.
To be successful in this role you:
• Have 3-5 years of experience from similar role.
• Are fluently in Swedish language, both verbal and in writing.
• Are fluently in the English language, both verbal and in writing.
• Take ownership of your product area and knowledge of commercial trends.
• Always look for new possibilities to drive the business and sales forward.
• Lead with great ambition and strong leadership.
• Leadership experience
• Always strive to be a brand ambassador for H&M New Business in all situations.
• Experience with multi-brand buying within the fashion industry

• You are proactive and make things happen - a doer who does rather than waits.
• You are able to run projects on your own, but love to inspire and work in teams to reach new levels
