Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a skilled Technical Test Coordinator to join our Test organization. This organization is responsible for testing and maintaining Ericsson's world-leading microwave mobile backhaul products. Your role will include various test activities such as: test analysis for both development and test organization, mentoring in test methodologies and test competence, definition of high level test plan.
You will be part of an organization that works with agile methodology in a multi-site and diverse verification team. Our Integration and Verification teams drive the quality assurance of the Network products from integration to test including early deployment in customer networks around the world.
The group has a responsibility to be our organization 's internal face of the customer and quality guardian. We are responsible for system verification both on node but also on complex network levels.
You will
Drive strategic technical leadership
Plan and prioritize of test scope, test environment and backlog
Give input to program and support teams efficiently in planning
Perform continuous test analysis and requirement handling
Support and build high quality mindset
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
To be successful in the role you must have
BSc level education in a technical subject area or the equivalent level of knowledge
Minimum of 5 years' experience in verification and development area
Verification and network proficiency
MINI-LINK competence with in-depth knowledge in Radio Link area
TCP/IP, layer 2 & 3 competence
Routing competence
Test Automation experience
Demonstrated Lean & Agile knowledge and skills
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Ability to plan and drive your own work in order to reach common goals together with your team
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change
A positive mind set and strive to meet and exceed our customers' expectations
Additional Requirements
ISTQB certification is beneficial
