Job Description
Galderma is looking for Microbiologist to work in our Uppsala plant's Industrial Development Department and be part of the Microbiology & Sterilization Group. The Industrial Development Department develops and scales up manufacturing processes for Galderma's final products and provides technical advice for the rest of the organization. The Microbiology and Sterilization Group handles microbiological product safety for both commercial and prototype products.
In this role you will be the microbiology subject matter expert for all production processes and scale up projects. You will ensure that microbial issues related to manufacturing processes and clean room are handled properly and effectively.
Key Tasks

Act as the microbiology subject matter expert and advice on Galderma's manufacturing and scale up projects
*
Provide support for change requests and deviations in production
*
Participate in risk analysis
*
Contribute to improvement projects within the production line and new development projects
*
Provide expertise on regulatory issues.
Skills & Qualifications
*
MSc or BSc in Microbiology/Bio-chemistry (or other relevant discipline) or other relevant education
*
Professional level Swedish and English
*
Experience in the microbiological field working with production processes and scale up projects
*
Prior roles in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Working in GMP setting a huge plus
*
Motivated, driven, and flexible, you can work in a team and at high tempo
