This is fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to be part of a development team responsible for a rubber product segment that highly determines the performance of the milking equipment and is characterized by an increasing speed of new developments and demands. As Mechanical Engineer at DeLaval you will be part of a high technology environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Product development from idea to final solution.
• Design work related mainly to rubber and some plastic components.
• Support of quality claims via detailed investigations and elaboration of respective solutions.
All these tasks will include documentation and testing of the designed solutions under laboratory and field conditions.
Experiences:
• Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical engineering
• Preferably 2-3 years working experience in project and/or product management
• Fluent in English in both writing & speaking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people across functions and cultures.
The position is located in Tumba, Sweden. The position task will also require some business travel.
You will report to the Liners & Tube Development Manager.
