About the position
We are searching for a Design Engineer to join our customers team in Stockholm. We are looking for someone with a M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar with 4+ years of design experience in addition to your educational background.
Skills & Requirements
• Familiar with hazardous and high voltage products safety.
• Familiar with designing of bimetallic/multi-metallic busbar joints and different methods of jointing and coating of busbars.
• Experienced with different busbar coatings or protection for high temperature application and over-molded busbar solutions.
• Familiar with high volume serial production solutions for busbars and has a good understanding of production processes and have a proven record of taking part in the full development cycle of busbars.
• Familiar with testing and validating of busbar's coating and plating for required environmental , lifetime and safety requirements.
• Used to have a tight communication with busbar suppliers, making sure to meet design targets and cost-down activities.
Personal qualities
You have a big passion for new technologies and excellent communication skills. Furthermore you are purpose driven and a good team player.
