About the position
We are currently seeking a creative and driven chemist/analyst, to test and further develop our materials and processes, to our production unit in Tibro. You need a passion for exploring and developing new material solutions and will play a key role in our engineering team. This position reports directly to our CTO.

Key responsibilities
• Conduct practical and theoretical material tests in our laboratory.
• Analyze and interpret scientific data to improve and develop new material solutions.
• Actively participate in product development projects and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards.
Who are you?
• You love chemistry, science, and nature.
• You possess at least a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, material science, or equivalent scientific education.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• You are analytical, proactive, and have a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
